Coaches yell Focus! Commentators say athletes have lost Focus, professional athletes talk about staying Focused. What does it all mean? The ability to Focus (stay on task) remains in an athlete’s control. The ability to refocus once it has been lost remains within. Atheltes & coaches want to be in control of their performance. Focus/refocus techniques are one of the best ways to do so. Learn what it means, how to do it and when to use it.
Registration is open to all athletes, coaches, parents, officials and sport administrators.
The main focus of the ASDC network is to coordinate and enhance services available to Alberta's emerging athletes and coaches. These regional centres provide services to athletes and coaches residing in rural and urban areas allowing athletes to develop and train at a high level without leaving home.
