Indigenous Sport Council (Alberta) logo is based on the concept of the Medicine Wheel as depicted by the colours of White, Yellow, Red and Black. These colours are representative of the four directions, four peoples, four gifts and the four aspects of nature.

The six feathers represent each each of the member organization: Alberta Friendship Centres, Metis Nation of Alberta, Metis Settlement General Council, Treaty 6, 7, and 8.

The rising sun is representative of a new day.
